How to Re-Pack Windows Longhorn (From I386 to WIM) form?

Hello, I have seen a tutorial of WIM to I386 form. But I want to reverse of this. I tried do this with GImagex. But it didn't work. So how I can do it? Which programs should I use? I want to convert Windows Longhorn 3683, from I386 to WIM form.

Install Longhorn normally,before oobe,reboot to windows pe,then catch it files by GImagex.
