Heya,
I'm incredibly new to BA, but I've been browsing around, and got XP booting under VMware's UEFI mode. I'd like to now get that working with KVM, but I'm a bit lost. KVM has no drivers for its display, and using the longhorn server 6001.16497's bootmgr ends up with the VM freezing.
Any ideas would be very much appreciated, I'd love to get this working

Re: Windows XP on KVM
Have you tried using the VirtIO drivers? I've attached a link at the end of the post to some Proxmox notes for supporting XP Guests that may be of interest to getting peak performance. If you're not familiar, Proxmox uses KVM so the chances are you'll be able to find some support there. I've not used KVM or Proxmox for a few years personally and I can't remember what I used first hand, but hope this helps.

I have already virtualized a Windows Server 2003 via Proxmox, they can simulate IDE hard drives and it will probably run. For the graphics card you can use the Cirrus Logic graphics card. Windows XP has drivers for this.
