How to extract files from Commodore CBM B Series MS-DOS 1.25

I've been working with all sorts of floppies for years but I don't know how to extract files from this strange 520KB floppy. I've never seen 520KB floppies before and it looks like most files on it were fragmented. Each sector should be 256 bytes. If anybody can help me to get files off this disk, it would be greatly appreciated.
